What is the Emotion Code?
A gentle energy healing technique that identifies and clears trapped emotional energy stored in the body. These trapped emotions can cause physical discomfort, emotional reactivity, or a sense of disconnection.
How does an asynchronous session work?
You fill out a short intake form, and I complete your session remotely, sending you a written summary within 24–48 hours. You don’t need to be present. I will use applied kinesiology (muscle testing) through proxy and intuition to get the answers needed.
Can I do this if I’m already working with a doctor or therapist?
Yes. This work supports other healing paths and does not replace medical care.
What kinds of issues can this help with?
Clients notice shifts in physical discomfort, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
What kinds of emotions can I expect to release?
It varies by individual, but some examples of negative emotions that could be released include: Anxiety, Guilt, Overwhelm, Taken for Granted, Rejection.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies greatly. Some feel a big shift after one session; others book regularly for ongoing wellness. Some issues can be addressed by releasing one thing and others need layers of release. Oftentimes clients will experience a decrease in their symptoms immediately, but over time the issue will resurface. This can be discouraging, but it’s a sign from the subconscious that you’re on the right track. Some of these issues have taken years to build up, so don’t be discouraged if we can’t resolve it with one session.
Are there any negative side effects?
You may feel extra sleepy and/or moody during your processing time. Some just describe it as feeling “off.” Processing typically lasts for 1-2 days (and timing will be confirmed during your session). It’s possible, but rare, to experience headaches as well.
What is a Heart-Wall?
The Heart-Wall is an energetic barrier created by your subconscious mind to protect your heart during emotional pain or stress. Over time, this wall—made of trapped emotional energy—can interfere with your ability to give and receive love freely, feel joy, and connect deeply with others.
Many people carry a Heart-Wall without realizing it. Releasing it, layer by layer, can help you feel lighter, more open, and more aligned with your true self.
