How to Prepare for Your First Session
Getting ready for a Body Code or Emotion Code session is simple—you don’t need to “do” much at all. But a little mindful preparation can help you feel more grounded and open.
Before your session:
Hydrate – Drink a glass of water before we begin. Hydration helps the muscle testing process.
Set an intention – Think about what you’d like to focus on, or simply open yourself to whatever your body is ready to release.
Find a quiet space – For live sessions, choose a comfortable, distraction-free spot where you can relax.
That’s it. You can come exactly as you are—tired, curious, or unsure—and the work will still meet you where you’re at.
