What’s the Difference Between Emotion Code and Body Code?

At Moon+Island Wellness, I offer two complementary healing methods: the Emotion Code and the Body Code. They share the same goal—helping you release what’s weighing you down—but they work in slightly different ways.

Emotion Code

  • Focuses specifically on finding and releasing trapped emotions—energies from past experiences that can affect both your emotional state and your physical health.

  • Often acts as the first layer of healing, clearing emotional blocks so the body and mind can move toward balance.

Body Code

  • Expands the scope beyond emotions to explore six categories of imbalance: energies, structural, toxins, pathogens, circuitry, and nutrition/lifestyle.

  • While it can still uncover and release trapped emotions, it also offers more pathways to identify other potential root causes.

A helpful way to think about it:
Imagine your well-being as a house. The Emotion Code clears and strengthens the foundation—removing the first layer of blocks that often show up as trapped emotions. The Body Code walks through the rest of the house, checking the rooms, walls, wiring, and plumbing to find and correct other imbalances that may be affecting the whole structure.

Some clients start with the Emotion Code for its focus and simplicity, while others choose the Body Code right away for its broader reach. There’s no wrong order—both are powerful, and they work beautifully together.
