What to Expect in a Live Session with Me
If you’re curious about what happens during a Body Code or Emotion Code session, here’s a peek behind the curtain.
1. Beginning with Your Focus
We’ll start by talking briefly about what you’d like to work on. You might have a specific concern—physical, emotional, or even situational—or you may simply want to support your general well-being. Some examples of focuses I’ve helped clients with include: phobias, blockages to achieving a goal, healing from grief, behavioral challenges in children.
2. Setting the Intention
Before we begin, we’ll take a moment to set a clear intention for your session and ask for divine guidance. This step invites alignment, clarity, and support for your highest good.
3. Connecting with the Subconscious
Using muscle testing, we’ll communicate with your subconscious to identify imbalances or trapped emotions ready to be released. Sometimes, your subconscious will reveal details such as the age you were when the imbalance formed or a broad sense of what it related to.
If curiosity arises, we can explore and validate whether it’s connected to something you remember—but often, it’s not necessary to know more for healing to occur.
4. The Release Process
Once an imbalance is identified, I’ll hold the intention for release while swiping along the governing meridian (an energetic pathway that runs from the top lip over the top of the head and down the back of the neck). This helps the body and mind let go of what is no longer serving you.
5. After the Session
You’ll receive session notes via email so you can review what was addressed. It’s normal to have a “processing” period for 1–2 days afterward. You might feel extra tired, notice subtle emotional shifts, or even experience surprising changes in how you think or feel.
Releasing an imbalance doesn’t always lead to the exact outcome you might expect—but it often opens the door to transformation in ways you may not have imagined.
